  • DS Group relaunches UnCafe as Society of Salad Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a multi-business corporation and a leading FMCG conglomerate, announced the launch of Society of Salad, formerly known as UnCafe as a vibrant new destination for clean, conscious, and sustainable eating.   • ZEISS India to drive Karnataka’s eye-care campaign Vidya Drishti ZEISS India, a subsidiary of Germany’s Carl Zeiss, has signed an MoU with the Karnataka government to enhance eye care in rural areas. The two-year Vidya Drishti campaign will begin in Kalaburagi, screening 5.32 lakh school children (ages 5-16) for vision issues and providing prescription glasses where needed. Additionally, 6 lakh underprivileged individuals (aged 39+) will be screened.
  • Urbaser strengthens its presence in the Region of Valencia with the acquisition of the Guadassuar Waste Recovery Complex Madrid, March 20th 2025. Urbaser, a Spanish leading company in environmental solutions, has acquired the Waste Recovery Complex in Guadassuar, located in the province of Valencia, Spain. Urbaser’s new acquisition includes a concession linked to a municipal solid waste treatment plant, which has a workforce of more than 100 employees and serves 52 municipalities within the Consorci Ribera i Valldigna, catering to a population of over 350,000 inhabitants. Additionally, it enables the management of a network of eco-parks consisting of 27 fixed facilities and 3 mobile units. The concession will extend over the next 20 years.
  • Zelestra Secures Long-Term Contract for 500 MW Renewable Projects in India Zelestra, a global, multi-technology, customer-focused renewable energy company, has been awarded a Firm & Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) contract by Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN), an Indian public sector company in the Navratna Category, enabling it to build a transformational 500 MW hybrid megaproject combining solar, wind and energy storage technologies.
  • First Spanish company in India trying IPO Cash logistics player SIS Cash Service Ltd (SIS-Prosegur) has filed draft papers with the market regulator Sebi to mop up funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The IPO is a mix of fresh issue of shares worth ₹100 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 3.715 million shares by promoters, according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on Thursday. Those selling shares in the OFS are SIS Ltd and SMC Integrated Facility Management Solutions Ltd.
  • BBVA and Técnicas Reunidas team up to promote industrial decarbonization

    The agreement establishes a collaboration framework both entities to strengthen the business of track, the new business unit of Técnicas Reunidas specialized in decarbonization and energy transition services and projects.

    Track operates worldwide with a special focus on Spain, Europe and the United States, and is building a complete range of services associated with low carbon technologies.
